The Maria Vegh Ballet Centre was built in 1993. Located on a five acre rural plot just north of Petaluma, California, it is 40 miles (see below) north of San Francisco. A beautiful facility in a truly picturesque setting, the building was designed and constructed specifically as a ballet studio. Its 1500 sq. ft. features a “sprung” floor; hundreds of small foam blocks, covered with marine plywood and vinyl, provide a superior, cushioned surface.
